Description
1.Introduction:
AP-587 is a kind of silicone gel which is very soft, transparent and can protect senstive micro-electronics components well, such as solar cells, sensor and electronic components of automobile, heavy-duty rectifier module and optoelectronic devices. It is no swelling and no corrosion, bonding Ics, and ensures the electronic components works normally in the large temperature change range and strong vibration condition.
Possesses self-adhesive performance, easy to repair.
After curing, the gel produced a layer of elastic organosilicon film which is durable and protect the electronic component from the impact and corrosion of environment effectively.
Can use automatic mixed measuring equipment for coating, it is suitable for mass production.
Applied for room curing and heat curing.
Wide range of temperature range -45~150¡æ.

3.Usage:
1. Measure: accurate weighing A, B component;
2. Mixes the silicon gel: Join B component to A component and then uniform mixing;
3. Deaeration: to put the sizing material in the vacuum cabinet the deaeration;
4. Pouring: fills the sizing material seals in the spare part; (Before filling seals, in order to avoid influence solidification, pls keep the components surface and mixer clean and dry, cannot contact chemical compound such as N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg and so on.)
5. Solidification: Curing the components by room temperature or heating.
4. Announcements:
Certain material, chemical agent, curing agent and the plasticizer may suppress gel’s solidification; Should pay attention materials: the organic tin and containing organic tin; the sulfur, polysulfide or containing sulfur ; The amine, polyurethane rubber or containing ammonia; the phosphorus or containing phosphorus; acidic (organic acid) and some flux residues; If suspicion includes the above material before the use, we suggested makes the sample test confirmation after first, then volume production. If there are uncured material between the base material and the cured gel surface, it means they are incompatible and will restrain curing.
