4 Inch LED Recessed Down Light YL-DL-40
This 4' LED down light is so called an innovation product generated from an traditional halogen down light fixture, which uses a deep and soft aluminum reflector to distribute the light emitted by a single high power LED array, the LED array is installed onto a re-molded die casting aluminum heat sink, which is sufficient to dissipate heat generated by a maximum 10w LED.

This down light fixture has a popular 105mm cutout size, and total body height is around 105mm. It is good and easy to built-into a false ceiling to replace the conventional down light use CFL bulbs.

With the same fixture and heat sink, the LED array used in this down light can be varied from 5w, 7w, 10w. According to our testing, the luminance on the floor:
When built with 5w LED, the lux is similar to 10w CFL
When built with 7w LED, the lux is similar to 13w CFL
When built with 10w LED, the lux is similar to 18w CFL

The price of this down light is mostly related with which LED array will be used, So we offer several different options for our clients to choose, they are;

1. USA CREE MC-E Single 4-chip LED array, this LED array is perfect when built-into YL-DL40 fixture, this LED is 9.8w when driven with 700mA current, the luminous flux Is up to 550 lumen with warm white 3000K halogen warm white, idea to replace 50w halogen down light. So CREE MC-E LED array with warm white color temperature Is highly recommended with this fixture.

2. USA BRIDGELUX LED Arrays.
USA BRIDGELUX LED Array is also a good option, three different LED arrays for Bridgelux can be built-in this DL40 fixture, they are BXRA-C0402 (this is a cool white LED array, 7w power), BXRA-W0402 (this is warm white LED array, 6.3w power), BXRA-C0402 (also a cool white LED array, 9w power when driven with 1000mA current). Bridgelux is a cheaper replacement for CREE MC-E LED array for customer who is having very high color rendering index and warm white color quality requirements.
