1 General Introduction:

AP-905L is double component, room temperature curing silicone modified resin system. After curing, it becomes clear and transparent elastic protection coating, it consists of A,B components liquid. Mixed A,B components with weight ratio 1:1, the mixed liquid will cure and become soft elastomer. AP-905L is composed of polymer organic silicone modified resin material by processing. It has excellent ability of weather resistance and uviofast, can fully satisfy the demands of encapsulation and protection of LED Strip. Comparing to epoxy resin, it has some obvious advantages like better transparency, flexbility, especially excellent anti-yellowing performance. In outdoor sunlight, AP-905L will not turn yellow above at least 5 years.

3 Application:

Widely applying to decorative lighting, LED Strip, various scutcheon, nameplate, encapsulation and coating protection of PCB board, and potting protection of various electronic appliance. It has good performance of waterproofing and moisture-proof and uviofast.

4 Usage:

1 Weigh: Weighing A,B component exactly (fully mix A, B component separately before weighing); Fully mix A and B component with weigh ratio 1:1.

2 Mixing: Add B component to A component and mix uniformly. Manual method can be used in mixing, or use mixing and dispensing equipment. Using manual method to mix, you should notice not match too much glue one at a time, to avoid reducing upper liquidity and difficult to encapsulating compound.

3 Defoaming: Putting the mixed liquid into the vacuum cabinet to deaerate, use Vacuum way to wipe off entrained air(Bubble expands rapidly in vacuum condition, and this will lead to volume expanding of the glue in the cup, so we suggests the volume of the glue in the cup not to exceed one third of the cup’s volume when vacuumizing.

4 Pouring: Instilling to the surface of LED Strip of scutcheon manually(Keep the body surface and mixer dry and clean before dripping glue.)

5 Picking bubble: Use pin to stir the surface of the glue and make glue bespread the surpace, then needle residual bubble.

6 Curing: Put the instilled products in room temperature and it will be spontaneous curing(If heat curing needed, the baking temperature cannot be above 60¡æ, we suggest to control the temperature within 50¡æ~60¡æ.

5 Packaging and Storage:

20kg/set(A component 10kg+B component 10kg), 40kg/set, 400kg/set, in

pail. Shelf life:3 month.

6 Attention:

1.This product belongs to non-dangerous goods, can be shipped as common chemical products.

2.Pls preserve in cool and dry place, around 25¡æ,RH<70%. In shade and airtight,Pls see production date on pail.

3.For manual drip, pls according to exact weigh, mix fully; if the weigh is above 200g, the operation time will shorten.
