Description
Fearures:
1. Double component, excellent deep hardening performance, has certain adhesive force.
2. The adhesive will become gel after being dried, which has excellent cold and hot resistance performance, weather resistance and anti-ageing performance.
3. For all kinds of metals, most kinds of plastic (epoxy resin, PC, nitrile rubber, ternary ethylenepropylene rubber, ABS etc. ) have certain adhesive force. It can have a good adhesive with the components. It has rather excellent sealed force.
4. Widely used to pressurization, waterproofing and anti-high voltage for electronic components, plugboard and other electronic appliances.
Application technique:
a) Measuring: Weigh A component and B component precisely.
B) Mixing: Put component B into container, which has component A, then mix adequately.
C) Deaerating: put the mixed liquid into the vacuum cabinet to deaerate
d) pouring: Put the defoamed adhesive into the products, which need to be sealed.
E) vulcanizing: Put the sealed product in room temperature and let it become hard naturally. After primary hardening, the product may go to the next process,
3. Warning:
i. About mixing adhesive:
1. When mix A and B components, you can use machines instead of hands to shorten the time of vulcanizing. But maybe the time is too short to control.
2. The surface of the sealed products and the mixing container should be cleaned and dried before using, the adhesive should not exceed half of the container which will make the deaerating convinent.
3. If you mix by hands, flat spatula and similar objects please. But make sure to turn over the adhesive in the bottom and the wall of the container to the center, and repeat for several times (Make component A completely contact with component B). So mix by electric power will be better.
Ii. You may pour first then defoam!
Iii. Mix A and B components completely!
Iv. The adhesive should be sealed well and ran out of in one time.
V. The speed of the vulcanizing has certain relations with temperature. The lower the temperature is, the more slowly of the vulcanizing.
Vi. This product is harmless, but do not contact with mouths and eyes, if do, clean with large amounts of water.
Vii. The primary coat cannot directly contact with the adhesive. You should use primary coat first, and then sealed after it is completely dry.
