For the contacting side of electronic industry power amplifier and thermal fin, for example: induction cooker, TV, DVD, CPU and amplifier tube, to transfer thermal. It can use for surface coating and filling of microwave communication, transfer equipments and special power supply, power regulator, it may also be used as the thermal conduction insulation filling material of transistor and semiconductor transistor to improve the qualified rate.
