¢ñ. Product feature

AP-2046 series double components liquid silicone adhesive is a kind of silicone that do not contain solvent, heavy metal and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, it is harmless to human body, and no side products produce during hardening. So it is a kind of environmental friendly macromolecule, it can form a firm film on the surface of the organic glass fiber, and can maintain origin insulation performance after repeating bending.

¢ò. Typical purposes

Mainly use for the coating of glass fiber bushing and silicon adhesive tube and etc. Materials.

¢ó. Application technique

a) Treatment fluid preparation:

i. In order to avoid foam and uneven situation in the coating, AP-2046 use xylene or toluene to dilute to the require moisture volume, the hardening content of treatment fluid is not the same in different using and hardening condition, usually the water content should be adjust to 15-20%.

Ii. After it is completely dissolved, mix according to percent by weight: 100 shares AP-2046A and 2 shares AP-2046B.

B) Hardening: the actual curing depends on different base material, and use different heating method, but the typical curing time is 140-160¡æ for 15min.

C) Longevity of treatment fluid: the life span of undiluted raw liquor (add curing agent) in room temperature is over 24 hours; if dilute to 20% of the hardening content, the longevity of treatment fluid is more than one week in room temperature.

¢ô. Caution

i. Mix A and B components properly and respectively before using!

Ii. The prepared adhesive should be sealed and preserved, and should be use out in safe operation period, otherwise it will slowly become hard and cause waste.

Iii. The hardening temperature of adhesive has certain relation with temperature. Lower temperature will get slower hardening speed.

Iv. This product is not dangerous product, but please do not contact with mouth and eyes, if it spatter into eyes and mouth, wash with great deal water.
