XCO® WALKING & RUNNING is carried out using two of the smallest XCO-TRAINERs® which were designed specifically for this workout type. To provide a better hold and a more comfortable feel, they come with an additional thermo handle and straps. Only this type of XCO-TRAINER® is suitable for XCO® WALKING & RUNNING!

The infinitely adjustable hand strap system takes strain off your wrists.

1 x Belt
The belt can be worn for walking/ jogging and serves to store the 2 XCO-TRAINERs® if you get tired while under way. The belt is also equipped with additional pockets for your drinks bottle and smaller ones for your key ring or mobile phone.

1 x Instructions DVD
The 45-minute instructions DVD shows you everything you need to know about XCO® WALKING & RUNNING as a new sport. Professional cross-country skiers Tobias Angerer and Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle guide you through the use of the devices as well as fitness exercises.
